How much does it cost to rent a meeting room in Long Beach, NY?+
Meeting rooms at Bridgeworks start at $25/hour for a 2–4 person huddle room. A 5–12 person conference room is $50-75/hour, and our large 12–25 person room is $100/hour. Non-member rates require a 2-hour minimum.
Can I book a meeting room without being a member?+
Yes. Anyone can book a meeting room online or by phone. Members get discounted rates and free hours each month included in their plan.
Do the rooms have video conferencing equipment?+
Yes. Our conference and large rooms come with 4K displays, and are pre-configured for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
Most rooms can be booked the same day, even with 1–2 hours' notice if availability allows. For high-demand windows (Tuesday/Wednesday mornings) we recommend booking 2–3 days ahead.
Do you have a podcast or content-creation room?+
Yes. Our Podcast room doubles as a podcast studio with professional mics, lighting, and recording-capable AV. Ask about the podcast setup when you book.
Is there parking?+
Yes — on-site parking is free for meeting room guests.
Can I book a meeting room for a deposition or legal matter?+
Yes. Our rooms are private, lockable, and we accommodate confidential professional meetings regularly. Let us know any specific requirements when booking.
