How much does it cost to rent the podcast studio?
A 2-hour session is $450 and includes the room, all equipment, and someone from our team running the whole session for you. You walk out with your raw multi-track footage, delivered within 48 hours, and a single session typically gives you 30 days of social media content. Editing is not included in the rental. If you want your session edited, we offer custom production packages quoted per project.
Is the studio good for first-time podcasters?
Yes, actually that's most of our bookings. The studio is set up so you don't need any podcasting experience or your own equipment. We'll walk you through the gear in your first session (no extra charge) and make sure your recording is solid before you leave.
What if I'm nervous on camera or don't know what to say?
That's normal, and it's exactly what our warm-up sessions are for. Short practice recordings with us, no pressure and no audience, until talking to the camera feels like talking to a person. Most people are surprised how fast it clicks. Ask about coaching when you book.
When do I get my footage?
Your raw multi-track files, both video and audio, are delivered within 48 hours of your session, organized and ready to hand to your editor or edit yourself. Every session is recorded on two independent systems, so your footage is safe.
Do you offer editing or post-production services?
Yes. Studio rental gives you the raw multi-track files to edit however you like. If you'd rather have it handled, our team offers custom production packages: full episode edits, vertical social clips with captions, and publishing to YouTube and Spotify. Schedule a production call and we'll scope exactly what you need.
Can you publish the episodes for me?
Yes. If you don't have a YouTube channel or Spotify show yet, we create the accounts, set them up properly, and publish every episode for you. Already have channels? We publish straight to yours. Publishing is part of our custom production packages, so mention it on your production call.
Can you record a podcast with remote guests?
Yes, and it's one of the studio's best features. Your guest joins live on our 75-inch screen over Riverside.fm, Squadcast, Zencastr, Zoom, Streamyard, or Google Meet, while our cameras and broadcast mics record the full conversation in studio quality. You get clean footage of you and your guest, not a choppy screen recording.
Can I live-stream my show from the studio?
Yes. Sessions can be streamed live to YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitch, or wherever you broadcast, through our Blackmagic switcher, while still recording in full quality for the edit. Mention streaming when you book so we have it set up before you arrive.
Can we get photos taken during our session?
Yes. High-quality photos of you and your guests can be added to any session, shot right in the studio and ready to use for episode thumbnails, blog posts, and press. Ask about it when you book or on your production call.
How does booking work?
Book your session online and we'll reach out to confirm the date and time based on studio availability. Members get priority access to time slots.
How many people can record at the same time?
The room comfortably seats up to 4 on-camera guests with broadcast-quality audio (4 mics, 4 headphones, 4 boom arms). For interview-style podcasts with 1 to 3 guests, the setup is ideal. For larger panels (5+) we can arrange additional mics.
Can I rent the studio for video content or courses?
Yes. The same room doubles as a video production studio: talking-head video, sit-down interviews, course modules, YouTube videos, LinkedIn Live, Instagram Reels source footage, and short-form social clips. Many clients shoot a podcast and 5 to 10 short-form video clips from the same 2-hour session.
Can I tour the studio before I book?
Yes. Free 15-minute studio walkthroughs Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Most podcasters book a walkthrough first to check the room, the equipment, and the vibe.
