Bridgeworks Membership Rules

BRIDGEWORKS RULES AND REGULATIONS

These Rules and Regulations are intended to ensure that all members can enjoy the use of our beautiful co-working and office facilities. Repeated breaches of these rules or any conduct which we believe to be detrimental to our community may result in the termination of your membership without prior notice in our sole and absolute discretion:

1.Your Membership

Our services are available to members who are above the age of 21. You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information about yourself when you register with us and as you use our services. You also agree to keep your information up-to-date. Don’t reveal your account password or transfer your keycard or other location access device to anyone else (or let them use your account). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, burglar alarm code and security of your location access device. You should promptly notify us if you suspect your password or location access device has been compromised.

2. Using our Facility

In general, we expect that you will not perform any activity that is reasonably likely to be disruptive, damaging or dangerous to other members, their guests or the property of the foregoing, or to our employees or our locations or personal property. This includes anything your family would disapprove of! It goes without saying that we expect you to comply with all laws and local ordinances. If you have questions about the guidelines please contact management. “Regular business hours” are generally from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with the exception of days prior to U.S. federal holidays, when our regular business hours end at approximately 2:00 p.m. “Regular business days” are all weekdays, except U.S. federal holidays and other days which we may advise from time to time.

3. Conference Rooms, Co-Working spaces and Common Areas

Conference Rooms, Co-Working spaces and Common Areas are for use by all members subject to availability and in the case of conference rooms and phone booths prior scheduling using our scheduling system. Please keep them clean and tidy at all times. We have provided phone booths which you may use for telephone calls. Please use discretion when using speaker phones, or otherwise keep noise to a minimum so as not to unnecessarily disturb other members. Direct sales calls in open areas are strictly forbidden. Please feel free to use our projectors when booking the large conference room or media room. Please turn them off when you are finished to preserve the bulbs.

4. Mail

Subject to availability, you may elect to receive mail and packages at one of our locations. If you have done so, we will accept mail and deliveries on your behalf during such location’s regular business hours on such location’s regular business days. We have no obligation to store such mail or packages for more than thirty (30) days of our receipt or if we receive mail or packages after you terminate your membership. This feature is meant to allow you to accept business correspondence from time to time. It is not meant for an address for the receipt of merchandise or personal goods. As such, we have no obligation to accept bulk or oversized mail or packages.

5. Lockers

Lockers are available on a first come first served basis at the fees set forth in the Member Application Form. Please ensure you remove your lock when you give up your locker.

6. Security

For security purposes, we may regularly record using video certain areas of our facility inside and outside. You agree we may use the video in any lawful way so please conduct yourself at all times as if such video were playing online for all to see. You and your guest may be required to present a valid, government-issued photo identification in order to gain access to our facility. We reserve the right to run a background check and credit check on you if you are the Primary Member responsible for complying with the agreement we have entered into.

7. Property

We are not responsible for any property you may leave behind in our facility. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have retrieved all of your personal items prior to leaving. You may be held liable (and do hereby authorize us to charge you) for the repair cost for all damage to our facility and items therein caused by you or your guests.

8. Common Areas

Common spaces in our locations are to be accessed by you and your guests in the time immediately prior to and following your reserved time in the location. They are for temporary use and not as a place for continuous, everyday work.

9. Privacy, Copyright
